Neuroscientist turned research strategist

Translating human behavior to enterprise experience strategy

I bridge the gap between human neuroscience and experience strategy—translating how humans perceive, decide, and act into research that drives seamless experiences at scale. With a doctorate focused in Cognitive Neuroscience, I balance the rigor of academic behavioral science into the speed of corporate innovation: implementing mixed-methods research, informing product and design strategy, building associate and customer experience measurement frameworks and reports, and championing the customer experience in every executive decision.
